Mazda AUX adapter with USB features

• Mazda AUX adapter connects via CD changer connector at rear of stereo. CD changer cannot be connected at the same time.
• Compatible with Mazda 3 5 6 MX-5 CX-7 RX-8 Miata Premacy 323 MPV with standard Mazda head-units (NOT NAVIGATION). Requires an external CD changer input, therefore NOT compatible with models that have a CD changer built into radio. NOT compatible with Satellite or Navigation radio models.
• Provides RCA input or 3.5mm jack to plug which can be plugged into the head-phone socket of iPods, iPhones, iPads, laptops, MP3 players, mobile phones.
• Direct audio feed from external device into your Mazda radio as a direct AUX input.

Compatibility NOTES

This Mazda AUX and USB input adapter is compatible with the following radio models:

• 1 - Not compatible with active Satellite radios or Navigation system.
• 2 - Not all Mazda 6 models support external CD changer connection, therefore modification might be needed; Mazda 6, produced from Nov. 2003 to Sep. 2005 needs to solder a jumper or a 0-ohm chip register on location L716 in its head unit.
• 3 - RX-8 radio firmware version must be v9.55 or later, v10.1 and v9.81 not supported.
